Vice President of Commercial Servicing

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day servicing operations for a high-volume small balance commercial and consumer loan portfolio, the full-time Vice President of Commercial Servicing will oversee payment processing, escrow administration, and loan administration while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage servicing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of processes
• Develop and implement standardized servicing workflows to drive efficiency and consistency
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in loan servicing, mortgage operations, or commercial real estate finance
• Prior experience in small balance commercial and/or consumer loan servicing in a high-volume environment strongly preferred
• Experience designing and managing scalable, process-driven operations with an emphasis on automation and efficiency
• Working knowledge of escrow administration, payment processing, and loan servicing best practices
