Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives and market growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Commercial Strategies and Initiatives will lead the operationalization of flagship programs, design scalable venture strategies, and influence value-based care delivery across independent primary care practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the operationalization and scaling of core strategic initiatives, focusing on Aledade Complete and Patient Choice Services
- Oversee cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless delivery and high adoption of initiative models across practices
- Drive the expansion strategy for alternative revenue streams and accelerate market entry into new sectors
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy and product development, with a minimum of 8 years in management
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape and experience deploying new capabilities in a healthcare enterprise
- Proven experience implementing strategic initiatives with programmatic success
- Demonstrated initiative in evaluating and scaling AI strategies to drive product performance
