Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Global Commercial Strategy & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a multi-year commercial vision and operational plans for academic and industry research customers
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial leadership team, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement
• Oversee business development strategies and manage relationships with key institutional, academic, and industry partners

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading integrated commercial functions in nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid academic-industry environments
• Advanced expertise in strategic account management and negotiation of complex agreements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional senior teams and drive organizational change
• Exceptional people leadership skills, including coaching and developing senior leaders
• MBA and/or PhD preferred
