Job Summary
Leading the development of a comprehensive commercial strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Commercial Strategy will design and implement go-to-market structures, manage Salesforce as the commercial system of record, and oversee compensation plans while driving commercial transformation and scaling the team towards a $1B+ enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve the go-to-market structure and territory strategy, driving scaling decisions through revenue growth
- Own Salesforce governance and lead the unification program, ensuring data integrity and integration across the organization
- Develop and manage compensation plans for various selling roles, ensuring clarity and compliance throughout the organization
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, commercial operations, or GTM strategy in complex B2B environments
- Proven experience leading quota-carrying teams and managing large-scale commercial systems initiatives
- Direct ownership of Salesforce strategy and governance, including data model management
- Experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs that enhance onboarding and productivity
- Background in industrial technology or complex B2B environments, with a focus on commercial integration post-acquisition
