Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of External Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and media relations lead, managing crisis communications and media coverage
- Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders to foster trust and advocacy for the organization's mission
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required); Master's preferred
- 10 years of public relations experience with progressive leadership in managing a team
- Understanding of marketing plans and concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
