Vice President of Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CEO communications strategy, including speeches and thought leadership
• Lead proactive media relations and manage crisis communications to protect enterprise reputation
• Oversee internal communications strategy to engage employees and communicate organizational changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in health insurance or healthcare communications
• Proven track record in media relations and crisis communications
• Experience leading employee and change communications in a large workforce
