Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Enterprise Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive CEO communications strategy and support executive voice across the organization
- Lead media relations and crisis communications strategies to manage enterprise reputation and issues effectively
- Oversee internal communications to enhance employee engagement and support organizational transformation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
- Experience in health insurance or health care communications
- Proven track record in managing media relations and crisis communications
- Experience leading employee communications during organizational change
