Vice President of Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Enterprise Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a proactive CEO communications strategy and support executive voice across the organization
• Lead media relations and crisis communications strategies to manage enterprise reputation and issues effectively
• Oversee internal communications to enhance employee engagement and support organizational transformation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in health insurance or health care communications
• Proven track record in managing media relations and crisis communications
• Experience leading employee communications during organizational change
