Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive community and brand strategy to improve brand sentiment and customer retention
• Oversee online communities and in-person events to ensure continuous feedback between users and product teams
• Manage public relations and social media efforts to maintain a cohesive and empathetic brand voice

Required Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree, with a preference for credentials in a mental health-related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally within SaaS or HealthTech
• Demonstrated public presence and experience in public speaking or content creation
• Proven experience in managing diverse marketing functions including social media and PR
• Strong digital fluency and comfort with emerging technologies and AI tools
