Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business development, network development, or provider partnerships
• In-depth knowledge of community-based providers and relevant state and federal policies
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving results
• Previous management experience in hiring, training, and performance management
