Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance, Remote (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Compliance Program
• Create and revise compliance policies and procedures, ensuring communication with leadership and employees
• Conduct investigations of compliance matters and advise on corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance matters
• Certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including anti-kickback and HIPAA
• Ability to manage responses to government inquiries and audits
