Vice President of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and oversees the organization's comprehensive Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provides strategic guidance on compliance matters to C-suite leaders and manages regulatory relationships and audits
• Oversees employee compliance training programs and fosters a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MHA, MPH, MBA) preferred
• 15+ years of progressive responsibility in a compliance leadership role
• Prior leadership experience in a large health care or home care organization preferred
• Experience managing regulatory relationships and audits required
• CHC, CHPC, or similar professional certification strongly preferred
