Vice President of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct continuous monitoring of controls for key processes and serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies
• Build and lead a high-performing Compliance team, providing strategic advice to senior leadership on compliance matters

Qualifications:

• 10 years of previous compliance or audit experience required, preferably in education or nonprofit industries
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience required
• Demonstrated success in professional/life experience in relevant job functions, with military service as a substitute for formal education
• Proven track record in building or transforming a compliance function in a complex, highly regulated environment
• Strong background leading compliance responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, or investigations
