Vice President of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Compliance (Testing & Monitoring).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Compliance Testing and Monitoring program, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Develop risk-based testing plans aligned with regulatory changes and business initiatives
• Provide oversight of compliance control testing and deliver actionable reporting to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
• Advanced degree or CRCM certification strongly preferred
• 12 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Regulatory Oversight
• 7 years of people management experience, building high-performing compliance teams
• 5 years of experience in consumer financial services with a focus on compliance testing
