Job Summary
Leading the compliance function, the full-time Vice President of Compliance will oversee compliance programs, develop company-wide strategies, and liaise with regulators while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Compliance Department, managing compliance programs such as BSA/AML and Fair Lending
- Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Represent the company in regulatory matters and ensure timely delivery of audits and compliance reporting
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or financial services, with mortgage origination experience required
- 5+ years of management experience in compliance, including leading teams and building compliance functions
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations and agency guidelines
- Experience managing regulatory exams, audits, and compliance reporting
- Professional certifications preferred, such as CRCM or CAMS
