Job Summary

Leading the direction and execution of the Compliance Testing and Monitoring program, the full-time Vice President of Compliance Testing will oversee strategic compliance initiatives, develop testing methodologies, and provide risk-based insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise Compliance Testing and Monitoring program, including the design and execution of testing methodologies
  • Develop and maintain compliance testing plans aligned with regulatory changes and business initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of automated compliance testing solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 12 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Regulatory Oversight, with 7 years in people management
  • 7 years of experience in consumer financial services with direct responsibility for compliance testing and monitoring
  • Advanced knowledge of federal consumer protection laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to translate risk assessments into actionable compliance insights and testing strategies
