A company is looking for a Vice President of Compounding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive compounding strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations of sterile and non-sterile compounding, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement key performance indicators for operational health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• 15+ years of leadership experience in 503A or 503B environments
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compounding practices
• Experience in creating and implementing compounding processes in regulated settings
• Strong executive presence with capability for stakeholder alignment
