A company is looking for a Vice President, Construction & Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for construction, renovations, and capital improvement projects
• Establish and refine maintenance protocols to ensure efficiency and resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations while managing vendor relationships and budgets

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in construction, renovation, or property maintenance
• Extensive knowledge of residential building codes and safety standards
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects and vendor negotiations
• Experience with property technology platforms and data-driven operational strategies
