Vice President of Construction

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of power generation and digital infrastructure projects, the full-time Vice President of Construction will oversee construction strategy, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders from groundbreaking through commercial operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction strategy, procurement, and execution across utility-scale and distributed generation projects
• Build and manage a team focused on project management, construction, and field operations
• Oversee relationships with EPC partners and contractors to ensure performance and cost discipline

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in power generation or digital infrastructure
• Proven success in building and leading high-performing construction and project management teams
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
• Expertise in construction risk management and contract negotiation
• Ability to communicate complex construction issues clearly to senior leadership
