Vice President of Construction Claims

Job Summary

To support the Construction & Infrastructure Claims Team, the full-time remote Vice President of Construction Claims will provide leadership, manage complex claims portfolios, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with client objectives and service expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational direction for the Construction & Infrastructure Claims Team
• Directly manage and mentor team members to enhance technical expertise and service delivery
• Oversee complex construction claims portfolios and lead coverage advocacy on disputed claims

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction claims or complex commercial casualty with leadership responsibility
• Deep working knowledge of construction-related insurance programs and claims management
• Extensive litigation management experience, particularly with high-severity claims
• Proven track record in managing and developing teams focused on performance and growth
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, including the ability to implement claims management protocols
