Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Consultant Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of global consultant relations and alliance initiatives
• Build, hire, and develop a high-performing Consultant Relations team
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with leading consulting and brokerage firms to drive collaboration and advocacy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, including 5+ years in a leadership role at a major benefits consulting or brokerage firm
• Proven track record of developing and executing alliance strategies that drive business outcomes
• Deep understanding of the employer, payor, and digital health market
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
