• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, establishing frameworks and methodologies for effective client engagement
• Design comprehensive data strategies and translate client goals into actionable media and CRM plans to maximize marketing ROI
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing data-driven insights and strategies to enhance customer journeys and drive revenue growth

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy and client engagement roles
• Proven expertise in advanced data segmentation, statistical testing, and multi-touch attribution models
• Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with C-Level Executives and internal teams
