Vice President of Consulting

Job Summary

Overseeing delivery operations in North America, the full-time remote Vice President of Consulting will manage the delivery organization, ensure high-quality project outcomes, and lead pre-sales efforts while driving cross-functional collaboration and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery organization, ensuring on-time, high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including solution definition and proposal development
• Work cross-functionally to define, package, and launch new service offerings aligned with market needs

Required Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• 15+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting leadership roles within the enterprise software domain
• Proven success leading delivery teams with responsibility for pre-sales and P&L performance
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems such as SAP or Oracle
• Highly collaborative leader with a strategic mindset and operational focus
