Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Content Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute a multi-year vision for product development aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals
• Set the strategic direction for curriculum development and guide innovation efforts to enhance instructional rigor and equitable learning outcomes
• Recruit and develop a diverse team while fostering a collaborative culture focused on equity and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum development, educational publishing, EdTech, or PK-12 education sectors
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership role with strategic oversight and decision-making responsibilities
• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional product teams and strategy implementation
• Expertise in math education research, standards alignment, and instructional equity
