Job Summary
Leading the Contribution Accounting & Enrollment function, the full-time Vice President of Contribution Accounting will oversee operational performance, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and drive process improvements in a fully remote environment with occasional travel for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Contribution Accounting & Eligibility department, establishing goals and service standards
- Oversee the processing, reconciliation, and posting of employer hours files and contributions across multiple funds
- Drive strategic enhancements to workflows, automation, and reporting to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in contribution accounting or related operational environments
- Strong understanding of multi-employer health and welfare fund administration and union environments
- Experience interpreting collective bargaining agreements and managing high-volume operational teams
- Advanced proficiency in operational reporting and systems management
