Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Significant experience within a corporate development function
• Proven track record of leading and negotiating end-to-end transactions
• Experience in business development and strategic partnerships preferred
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills
