Job Summary
To support long-term growth strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Corporate Development will manage enterprise-level strategies, evaluate corporate development opportunities, and partner with senior executives to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and operationalization of enterprise-level strategies in collaboration with executive and cross-functional leaders
- Support corporate development activities, including the evaluation of potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Develop materials for executives, boards, and investors that convey complex strategic and financial concepts clearly
Required qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking
- Experience in digital health, pharmacy, or healthcare technology industries
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate business models and market opportunities
