Vice President of Corporate Development
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Corporate Development, this full-time remote position will drive the company's global inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other initiatives aligned with the organization's value creation plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to define and execute the corporate development strategy
- Identify, source, and prioritize acquisition targets and strategic opportunities within the life sciences ecosystem
- Lead end-to-end deal execution, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
- Preferred experience in life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare services
- Global transaction and partnership experience
- Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and Boards on strategic initiatives
