Vice President of Corporate Development

Job Summary

To shape M&A and partnership strategy, the remote Vice President of Corporate Development will lead efforts in public market readiness, advise on the card business, and coordinate potential exit paths such as acquisitions or IPOs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the M&A and partnership strategy, assessing market opportunities and directing execution from diligence to negotiation
• Support the company's exit readiness by coordinating efforts among internal and external partners to ensure alignment
• Advise the core credit card business on strategy, identifying gaps and opportunities while providing direct support as needed

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or financial markets
• Proven ability to influence and deliver results in a matrixed organization without direct authority
• Experience directing the work of outside consultants and advisors
• Demonstrated capability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and solve open-ended problems
• Track record of quickly ramping up in unfamiliar situations and driving measurable impact
