Vice President of CRE Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Technology Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development processes and implementation of technologies across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance through data-driven insights
• Oversee strategic, tactical, and transactional processes and projects within the CRE lines of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in an Assistant Vice President level role
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of various deal types and complex debt positions
