Vice President of Creator Management

Job Summary

Leading the Creator Management team, the full-time remote Vice President of Creator Management will manage creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content creation while ensuring seamless collaboration across various internal teams for successful campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Creator Management team, guiding campaign strategy and execution best practices
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
• Act as the primary liaison between Creator Management and other internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on campaign deliverables

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in executing creator campaigns
• Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team
• Extensive network of industry contacts, including influencers, managers, and agents
• Strong knowledge of all major social platforms and current trends in the social media landscape
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
