Driving the global technology strategy for customer acquisition platforms, the full-time Vice President of Customer Acquisition will lead modernization efforts, enhance digital experiences, and ensure compliance across various product lines while collaborating with executive leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the technology vision for customer acquisition platforms, ensuring modern and scalable systems
  • Champion the integration of AI and intelligent automation to improve acquisition processes and operational efficiency
  • Lead global engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in software delivery
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in delivering large-scale enterprise systems with a focus on card approvals and banking operations
  • Hands-on experience with Java-based backend services and React-based front-end applications
  • Expertise in microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions
  • Proven leadership in application modernization initiatives and managing global engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and AI/ML integration in production environments
