Job Summary
Driving the global customer care strategy, the full-time Vice President of Customer Care will establish operational standards and frameworks to enhance customer experience across all regions while collaborating with various departments in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global customer care strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
- Design and implement a consistent customer experience framework across all touchpoints
- Establish global standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Customer Care or related functions
- Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-regional customer support organizations
- Proven track record in building and implementing global processes and operating models
- Strong experience with customer service technologies and performance analytics
