Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global customer care strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
  • Design and implement a consistent customer experience framework across all touchpoints
  • Establish global standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Customer Care or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-regional customer support organizations
  • Proven track record in building and implementing global processes and operating models
  • Strong experience with customer service technologies and performance analytics
