Job Summary

Leading enterprise customer growth and energy efficiency strategies, the full-time Vice President of Customer Development will oversee market development, strengthen community relationships, and align initiatives with business objectives, with a preferred location in Little Rock, AR, but open to candidates in Arkansas, Maine, Oklahoma, or remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Set and lead customer development and energy efficiency strategies, translating corporate priorities into actionable plans
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across various customer segments while expanding the customer base and natural gas adoption
  • Strengthen customer relationships and improve retention through tailored engagement strategies and customer feedback analysis
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as an MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer development, business development, or utility operations, preferably in the natural gas or energy sector
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or large strategic initiatives
  • Experience in regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong knowledge of natural gas utility operations and energy regulations
