Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Engineering to lead the Customer Engineering function and enhance the technical customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and operate the end-to-end technical engagement lifecycle, ensuring effective solution design and implementation
  • Own the customer health function, building capabilities for monitoring and proactive intervention to enhance customer adoption
  • Lead a diverse team, defining career architecture and resource allocation to meet customer needs across various segments


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in technical delivery or customer engineering, with 7-10 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record managing organizations of 40+ headcount, including Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Consultants
  • Extensive experience in managing Services P&Ls, focusing on billable utilization and cost discipline
  • Deep understanding of the procurement cycles and compliance needs of Government and Global Enterprise customers
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Data Intelligence environments, with a focus on transforming individual expertise into institutional capability
