Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of CX Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with clients to identify customer lifecycle pain points and design omnichannel journey maps
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for high-value accounts, focusing on long-term CX maturity and supporting the sales process
- Develop actionable insights from contact center data and serve as a thought leader at industry events
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Management Consulting, or BPO Strategic Accounts, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of CX technology, including CCaaS, CRM, and AI/ML
- Exceptional storytelling ability to present complex data to executives
- Proficiency in using data to demonstrate ROI for CX initiatives
