Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of CX Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery workshops with clients to identify customer lifecycle pain points and design omnichannel journey maps
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for high-value accounts, focusing on long-term CX maturity and supporting the sales process
  • Develop actionable insights from contact center data and serve as a thought leader at industry events
Required Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Management Consulting, or BPO Strategic Accounts, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of CX technology, including CCaaS, CRM, and AI/ML
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to present complex data to executives
  • Proficiency in using data to demonstrate ROI for CX initiatives
