Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Experience who will lead the professional training organization and Customer Success team to enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize a comprehensive customer experience strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Align Customer Success and Professional Learning teams around shared KPIs and accountability for results
- Lead a network of contract facilitators, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to company standards
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in K-12 education services, edtech, or professional learning organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading customer success or professional services teams
- Experience managing contract-based or distributed facilitator networks
- Strong understanding of district purchasing cycles and educator professional development
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable customer experience frameworks
