Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Experience (CX) & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of member experiences related to health care and well-being
- Develop and implement engagement strategies for members managing chronic conditions
- Establish an enterprise CX strategy and governance structure across multiple business units
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience or health engagement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in CX methodology, including journey mapping and human-centered design
- Proven ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change
- Strong knowledge of CX technology and data platforms, including CRM and AI-enabled services
