Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies to enhance retention, expansion, and advocacy
- Oversee customer advisory boards and manage lifecycle marketing programs
- Lead community engagement initiatives and drive thought leadership through content creation and social media strategy
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing functions
- Proven track record in managing customer advisory boards and NPS programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred
