Job Summary
Leading customer engagement initiatives, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Growth will drive customer education, marketing, and advocacy programs remotely, ensuring clients receive measurable value from their investment while fostering product adoption and long-term revenue expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns and programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Build and scale Absorb Academy to deliver comprehensive customer education and training experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify expansion opportunities and enhance product adoption across the customer base
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in customer success or related fields
- Proven track record of improving net revenue retention through effective customer engagement programs
- Experience in developing customer education programs, preferably using the company's own product
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and GTM teams throughout the customer lifecycle
