Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end customer engagement strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Marketing will oversee key marketing functions including Email & SMS Marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the enterprise customer marketing strategy across all owned touchpoints
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of customer communication channels and personalized customer journeys
  • Lead strategic initiatives for loyalty, credit card, and gift card marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention
Required qualifications
  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing within retail environments
  • Proven experience in building and scaling customer marketing organizations
  • Deep expertise in email marketing, SMS, loyalty marketing, and customer segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate customer data into actionable business strategies
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
