Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end customer engagement strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Marketing will oversee key marketing functions including Email & SMS Marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead the enterprise customer marketing strategy across all owned touchpoints
- Oversee the execution and optimization of customer communication channels and personalized customer journeys
- Lead strategic initiatives for loyalty, credit card, and gift card marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing within retail environments
- Proven experience in building and scaling customer marketing organizations
- Deep expertise in email marketing, SMS, loyalty marketing, and customer segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate customer data into actionable business strategies
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
