Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Vice President, Loyalty and Customer Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the data-driven customer strategy and customer data foundation to drive subscription growth and retention
- Set the enterprise loyalty vision, defining how customer relationships drive repeat engagement and lifetime value
- Oversee the customer data and activation ecosystem, managing platforms for identity and audience activation
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in customer strategy, loyalty, data, or growth within DTC, subscription, or retail businesses
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer and loyalty programs that enhance monetization and retention
- Strong understanding of loyalty, incentives, and personalization in digital and retail environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with Product, Marketing, E-commerce, and Technology partners
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
