Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team focused on retention and growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and drive value
  • Leverage data to measure Customer Success outcomes and refine operational processes


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in account management or customer success
  • 5+ years of experience managing second-line leaders
  • Experience with B2B SaaS across all customer segments, particularly Mid Market and Enterprise
  • Experience with international Customer Success organizations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and product
