Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team focused on retention and growth
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention and drive value
- Leverage data to measure Customer Success outcomes and refine operational processes
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in account management or customer success
- 5+ years of experience managing second-line leaders
- Experience with B2B SaaS across all customer segments, particularly Mid Market and Enterprise
- Experience with international Customer Success organizations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and product
