Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Customer Success organization while managing global PSO, Support, and Renewals teams
- Develop metrics to increase customer retention and satisfaction, including customer health scores and engagement strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- 7+ years in senior Customer Success roles with experience in PS, Support, Operations, and Account Management
- Experience in a Private Equity-owned organization
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management is preferred
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
