Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Customer Success organization while managing global PSO, Support, and Renewals teams
  • Develop metrics to increase customer retention and satisfaction, including customer health scores and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • 7+ years in senior Customer Success roles with experience in PS, Support, Operations, and Account Management
  • Experience in a Private Equity-owned organization
  • Strong background in Identity and Access Management is preferred
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
