Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success and Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and enablement resources to drive product adoption
  • Oversee global support functions, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and adherence to SLAs
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success & Support team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or post-sales leadership, with 5 years managing teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with enterprise customers in data, cloud, or AI platforms, and understanding of data engineering roles
  • Proven track record in building scalable customer journeys and processes that drive retention and expansion
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and executive presence to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective solutions
