Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategy and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Establish operational processes for customer onboarding, renewals, and support while tracking performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success, with proven revenue goal achievement
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing complex technical programs and scaling project operations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or technology preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
