Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategy and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Establish operational processes for customer onboarding, renewals, and support while tracking performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success, with proven revenue goal achievement
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing complex technical programs and scaling project operations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or technology preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
