Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy aligned with corporate growth and retention objectives
  • Lead Customer Success Managers to manage relationships, adoption, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Oversee Technical Account Managers to provide proactive technical guidance and ensure service-level excellence
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Technical Account Management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large customer portfolios and enterprise relationships
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, SLAs, and cloud services
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with customer lifecycle technology (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
