Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Digital, Media, & Ecommerce Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of Joint Business Plans and develop customer engagement strategies
  • Hire, train, and develop the customer success team while collaborating with cross-functional leaders
  • Establish trust with C-Suite leadership and lead contract negotiations to foster sustainable partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in leading complex businesses, with at least 7 years in customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record in leading customer engagements and joint business planning
  • Experience in Food, Drug, or Mass Merchandizing sectors
  • Knowledge of digital media, e-commerce, and analytics preferred
