Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the Customer Success function, including team buildout and strategies for driving product usage
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach new Customer Success Managers and specialists
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard key accounts and evangelize the company's enablement platform


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of formal Customer Success experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • History of working with founders or CEOs to scale Customer Success functions
  • Proven track record of achieving high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Experience building Customer Success teams for new products requiring market education
  • Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics
