Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the Customer Success function including team buildout and strategies for driving usage and success
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach new Customer Success Managers and implementation specialists
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard key accounts to innovative products
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of formal Customer Success experience with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of achieving high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or leader in a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience building Customer Success teams for new products requiring market education
  • Strong experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics
