Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Customer Success function including team buildout and strategies for driving usage and success
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach new Customer Success Managers and implementation specialists
- Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard key accounts to innovative products
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of formal Customer Success experience with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of achieving high Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or leader in a startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience building Customer Success teams for new products requiring market education
- Strong experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics
