Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or professional services leadership
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role managing regional or global customer success organizations
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of customer success best practices and digital engagement models
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
